Meet The Coaches
Andy Mackechnie is from Scotland originally and has many years of international playing and coaching experience. Andy is a qualified LTA level 2 coach. He has been coaching and playing pennants at Floreat Park since October 2012. Andy does Private Coaching, children and adult group classes and assists with all other lesson types. When Andy’s not at the tennis club, you can find him at any one of Perth’s nicest golf clubs!!
Rob Casey is the doyen of tennis in Western Australia. With an official title of Master Coach he is one of only a handful of Australians to be qualified as a Level 3 Coach with Tennis Coaches Australia. Rob has coached tennis in WA for over 30 years and actually used to coach at Floreat Park over 20 years ago. Rob works as a private coach at Floreat Park and has been pivotal in the setup and structure of the operation at the club since 2008. His passion without a doubt is golf and he’ll be the first to let you know his current handicap!!
Justin Manaf started working at Floreat Park in January 2013 after moving to Perth from Sydney. His roles include junior and adult group and private coaching, running the junior pennants training session, and the adult doubles strategy and skills class. He is excited to be joining the coaching team at Floreat Park. His passions include studying the game of tennis and horse riding.
